Hong Kong

Hong Kong is formed by severeal islands. Hong Kong was a colony of Britain. In 1997 Hong Kong came back to China.
Although Hong Kong belongs to China, there are some differences between them. Some of the differences are: language and currency.

What can we visit in China:

Chinese wall
The Chinese wall has aproximately 21196 km. It was built to protect China from Mongolia. It is one of the seven wonders of the world. 

The forbidden city
The forbidden city was the imperal chinese palace from Ming dynasty to Qing dynasty. Today it is in Pekin and contains a museum.


Terracotta army
They are more than 8000 statues of warriors and horses in real size. They were buried near the emperor of China Qin Shi Huang in 210 B.C.
The emperor thouhgt that if he bury the statues, he had the army in his afterlife.
